How to Do a Widmark Analysis in Connecticut
One of the most common things to have in a DUI case with chemical tests is a representative of the state Toxicology lab will tell the jurors that the defendant would have had a blood alcohol level of “X” at the time of driving. They are able to guesstimate this using a concept of retrograde extrapolation using the widmark method.
