If you are a truck driver, there are many rules of the road that you need to follow. First, it is important that you have a commercial driver’s license (CDL). This allows you to legally operate a tractor trailer. In addition, trucks in the state of Connecticut must have their weight checked. This must happen if they want to operate on the highway. Weighing trucks can happen at designated weigh stations located throughout the state. You can learn more about Connecticut weigh stations and how to use them here.
