Connecticut DUI Lifetime License Ban

DUI offenders are eligible for the reinstatement of their driver’s license 10 years after the date of their DUI conviction. Still, this is better than the alternative of not being able to drive at all. The Commissioner can lift the ignition interlock device requirement after a certain period of time, if they see fit.
